Question:
Can I lock the PROMENADE BagRollator?

Answer:
We recommend you buy an approved bike wire lock and lock your rollator fram to a hook or bike-holder by your building.

Question:
Why is it not possible to adjust the height of the push handle?

Answer:
As you change the grip height as well as change betweeen right or left hand or both, you actually vary your grip between 85-100 cm and do not need a specific fixed height (as on a rollator with divided push handles).
PROMENADE BagRollator is designed for people who are active and able to walk upright in stead of walking in between two handles of a traditional rollator.

Question:
How do I get my PROMENADE BagRollator in the trunk of my car?

Answer:
By loosening 2 screws, the push handle is easily detached to make the PROMENADE BagRollator smaller. We recomend you empty the rollator before you lift it into a car.

 

Question:
Isn't the seat quite high?

Answer:
The seat is for resting and meant to support your bottom while your feet are still on the ground. It is approx. 62 cm above ground to make it easier to get up from sitting.

Question:
It looks big - is the PROMENADE BagRollator bigger than other rollatorer?

Answer:
No. I may look bigger because it has a big bag that prevent you from looking through the frame. The outside width is approx. 55 cm. To compare, the outside width bredde on e.g. the Topro Troja rollator is approx. 61 cm.

Can I bring my rollator in the buss, train and metro?

Answer:

According to Movia customers with baby prams, wheelchairs and rollators can go on busses after the "first in" rule. Non of these custumers has advantages to the others. It is free to bring your rollator in a Movia buss.

IAccording to Arriva there are no stairs into their trains and the level fits, so a person with rollator can get on board on his/her own. It is free to bring your rollator in Arriva trains.

According to FynBus passengers, who use rollatores, have to be able themselves to manage getting on and of the buss and it is free to bring your rollator.


According to DSB walkers, rollators and foldable wheelchairs are compared with hand luggage and can be brought along without reservation of space and for free.

According to Metro passagers can bring their rollator in the metro and it is free.
